There is nothing to like about airtel

Dislikes

There is a lot of corruption in airtel their distributors force you to give them 25% of your salary just to work peacefully, I reported to my manager but he didn't support me,he told me make a settlement with distributor, I reported to my HR and she informed my senior managers like zsm,zbm but unfortunately they are also silent , so I have to give them my 25% of salary and work there like a slave.

Only fixed salary date

Dislikes

Poor work culture, rude behaviour of seniors, when new employee really needs help or guidance from seniors they always demotivate them, no fixed time table for duty, no one from HR to resolve employee's issues I have a terrible experience with Airtel

I joined as Off-roll at 21000 in dec 2021 and still no promotion no roll in 2025 salary 25200 . Such much of politics NEC 2nd Floor NOC Manesar , whoever joined after me is promoted to ON Roll due to office politics.
