Unsupportive Management: Management was dismissive and unsupportive, suggesting employees leave if they couldn't adapt. Unpaid Full and Final Settlement: Full and final settlements were not paid, despite multiple requests.

1-salary ka der se aana. 2-company se kabhi bhi nikale jaane ka dar. 3-micromanagement. 4-bekar work life balance. 5-farzi/zabardasti ka pressure.

Dislikes

1- micromanagement ka status ye hai ki, yahaan AMBITIONBOX me bhi koi HR ka, apna nonsense justification dene aa jaega that tumhari performance sahi nahi thi. 2-aise hi raha to ye 100 saal purani company, apne hi actions se 5 saal ya usse bhi kam me OFF ho jayegi.

...vironment specifically for a women. Company policies are good for all employees. They provide good salary package & yearly bonus .

There is a lot of politics. Management any time transferred & terminate the employees so no job security.

The company is on a road block created by its owners, they work like a lala company which is shameful since its a 100yrs old company. Zero growth potential even the people working for the company has given up and working like a govt.

The inability to take negativity thoughts The entire process even salaries are not paid on time I will never recommend Bhargava for the job

At Bhargava Phytolab, it is a rewarding experience. one of the standout aspects of the Company is the conducive environment for learning and growth. The Management team is highly cooperative, showing a willingness to listen and understand the challenges faced on the ground. The level of autonomy given to employees in decision-making processes which empowerment fosters a sense of responsibility and ownership among the employees.

Dislikes

Management is continuously working on the policies to improve and provide better working conditions to the employees.
