There is no any improvement stage. There is no any job satisfaction. Politics is there. No job security. Lot of pressure. There is no any hierarchy Officer, executive, manager - all types of work doing your self. At one stage you think like you had start your job journey once again.

...n tamilnadu doing un-ethical sales, i already update in this division vp and HR. But they didn't take necessary action and they all are focused me and hold the salary and allowance. In tamilnadu Zbm. Mr. Veerakumar doing here for the un-ethical activity.

Timely Salary , nothing else is good. Working here was a nightmare.

Everything, specially culture, ethics, morality. Most garbage uncultured management . No one want to stick with this organisation. Specially be aware of Mr. Sujay Das Biswas , who is a 2nd line manager or ZBM , he taunting and attack personally. He don't deserve to be a chaprasi. So, if you are planning to join avoid or if you are in the organisation search other company.
