Averages work support and supportive teammates. Don't warry about sallery and bonus.

They will not understanding the employee problem , directly taking a resign, HR department is well but still need to improve and understood employee problems.

The managing director is just awesome personality He acknowledges the skills and employees possibility towards growth. And there are lots of opportunities for growth and improvement

The Industrial politics was too much there.

HOD & management is very supportive Treat all employees like family, Job Security is high Your Views and opinions are always welcome,

Dislikes

Non followance of the systems by the employees. Communication and coordination is more of done verbally only by employees. Still want to work in old ways, Employees found Resistance to change

Employees unity , Independent to work , More involvement to work Top Management gives More positive motivation to all employees.

Dislikes

Salary increment is very low . It is one & only drawback of this organisation.
