Terrible management and bosses you could've ever seen. No hike no pay scale. No specified work is defined for ur designation, you've to do everything your boss asks u too along with your regular job. No appreciation of work at all. And no growth for career here.

Great environment conditions

Dislikes

No increment from past 3 years and no fixed HR policies or guidelines. Company pay structure is not employees tax saving friendly. No growth in terms of knowledge as well as financially.

Rotating sift and salary is too low according to experience of person no any development

...d. - If hired through college, company spend a lot on you and train you well. - Respectable salary package. - Good saving options as low cost residences given in the township. - Good learning opportunity

- Need to come in shifts and there is always a shortage of manpower leading to frequent D/N-12 hours shifts which will frustrate you. - Work culture is turmoil, your opinions will never be valued if you are in lower management group. - Shifts will disturb your body clock. - Remote location, If you friends are working in good/metro cities, you will always regret working here.

Worst company to work with.whole system is collapsed. No growth opportunities, uncleared employees policies,worst work culture kind of bureaucratic environment,no financially growth. Better to be unemployed than work here.
