All departments management team is worse than ever I have seen. Only work and work for 12 hours, first in office work then work from home. All employees are frustrated. Company will not look for employees benefit at all.

Company has provided the great platform and salary benefits to all its staffs and no layoffs were given to any of the staffs and good contractor management system has been enforced. In a nut shell, PSA Bharat Mumbai container terminals pvt ltd is a good place to work and provides greater platform to enhance the carriers.

Office time is 8 am and till 6 pm and there is a lot of late sitting DAILY. the work culture of the company is very bad not at all a MNC. Do not go by the interview of the company, it may feel good on paper but it is really bad. Location is a big disadvantage. please note that they will give you less designation than your current

There is really nothing to like. Please talk with a current employee or ex-employee before joining and you will never regret it.

1. You will be hired at a lower position than your current, 2. You will not be given a JD (Now they will provide you with some JD as a new HR Team has come) 3. Do not believe the JD as you will never get to do work as per the JD 4. Employee turnover is very high more than you can imagine 5. Stress level is terrible. Stress is created by HODs & colleagues 6. You will see the impact on your health within 1 or 2 weeks of your joining 7. The work culture is totally unprofessional. Worse than a small Indian company culture. 8. You will never be professionally valued, but you will be questioned about your professionalism 9. There are few instances of people who have died & 2 being related to stress If you do not believe me than you can risk your career & life. Best of Luck
