No good work culture , salary benifits too poor, there are no promotion entire work life, many working from 20 years they haven't awarded, skill development trainings are not at all available, work Mon to sat strictly , no flexible timing, working from office only even if u die from covid

As a avid learner, it is best place to gain knowledge. And the process flow for working and code of conduct is well balanced with stipulations

The main drawback i feel and my concern is about the salary packages. There is no std for experienced people who work for the company with dedication. The salary revises only happening for freshers on every year for companies reputation not for the experienced one.

worst organization ever I have faced during my career, no cleaning no respect while working, no salary or allowance on time, they force to sign you employee bond bcs. they know good people wont work there, no proper training none of the employees are happy in there work, they are just working. planning is horrible may force you to work even at night 12 o clock without food or snacks. be ready for all this if you are planning to join

No proper salary. No trainings given. Lot of internal politics, but lower level employes suffer a lot. No process is followed for any work. Performance appraisal is a myth. Company is working still in stone age. Worst HR policies. If ur late by one minute salary will be deducted. Work should be done in shifts without shift allowance. Full of partiality for the people.
