...eiving on time... Delayed by 7 to 12 days every month with unexpected deduction. Lots of salary deduction. LTA not paid in every month. Here is hike like 1.5% to 2% annual. Lots of politics in company. No learnings. Work-life balance is zero. Leaves policy is so bad. Not only leaves policy but all policy are not in employees favour. Think 100 times before joining this company.

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
