They should see how things must work. Usha and pooja threatens teachers for doing their work. No spoon wants to work here. U can see people drinking in school. Many teachers left from the school but directors are not concerned about it. They are good but atleast need to see principal's work also. Quality of education is going down. Where teachers are suffering , think how education there is. Favouritism , favourism , no work for favourites is now synonym for this school. Hitler's rule is seen here where principal is working at her will and she doesnt care about anyone and anything. Wrong message goes in the market about the image of the school. Day boarders are treated differently from hostlers.

No job security there every 6 months they do change the senior secondary teachers those who paid more than 36k . Also ask to teach numerous subject . They never valise specialisation subject.
