Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I was working here but they not given any salary for me... They r cheating with employees especially Naveen HR.. His behavior is really disgusting with employees and his response is also not good... Now pls I'm requesting higher Authority of this hospital take some action against him.... Otherwise he ll spoil name of this hospital

HR Naveen is lieing alot...he holded my salary n only doing cheating with employees.... It was my first experience but he made it hectic.. He replaced us with others because the reason of he got extra money from agent....

The Doctors are really fabulous, and love to work with them. There is working environment, must say that we have a work life balance and I lived and enjoyed working there. I quit just because to look after my 6 months old baby if not I would have continued there.
