There is practically no support. The company has implemented pay cuts and layoffs of site hired employees. Even employees on Co payrolls have been asked to go, after many years of service

Opportunity to learn and gain experience in your work area. You work in a team of professionals and have the opportunity to interact with experts in the field when you deal with consultant s.

Dislikes

Growth opportunities are limited and the inability of the company to win contracts at best price affect your salary growth. Lack of vision in completing the contracts in time lead to levy of penalties and invoking of non performance clause affect the profitability.

Likes

Working culture, freedum in dcision making, salary every month on last working day, free accomodation, free transport, free fooding at project site.

Dislikes

Annual review of staff working result & productivity, lack of carrot & stick rule. Management not serious to observ as per indivisual staff strenghts & calibre. Not following regular apprisal system.

Filthy work environment made my mr sudip Das site incharge at site,frequent transfer, higher management listen to boot lickers, no support from headquarters, small things are delayed without any reason, zero safety culture at site
