NO career growth , there will be no increment in the salary even after two or three years. NO overtime pay.

I worked in a small hotel with 32 keys property and the brand involvement nothing and owners intraction is too much and he expects high valume of business without any effort.

No SOP, professionalism, less inventry, not properly planned.

It was great a experience working with Best Western Premier Hotel Muscat..The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.Got a chance to know people from different countries,regions,food ,various cultural backgrounds that my colleagues were came from and the they are having amazingly friendly relationship on duty.. Overall it was a great experience.. I would like to thank Best Western team.

The work pressure was not much but whenever the company had a layover in our hotel ,we had to be there for work at any cost . wether it would be day time or in the evening time but this experience was only in the Muscat. I do get appreciation emails from our guests but sometimes it goes unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

I have a good team in my kitchen friendly staff good knowledge chefs and maitain the hige stander of quality of the food

No Salry increase that's only I have 4 years done onley this is dislike point
