Just nothing. No proper structure, no sales strategy, and nothing.

Dislikes

For COVID 19 issues the company sacks several employees without any notice (including me). The best part of the scenario. The director of the company said the situation created by the government, not them.

Appraisal is not too good its so so, it should be fix or there should be fix percent to all employ according to the salary.
