Work is so much you can learn from there , but there is no job security, if you are belongs to management relationship ie village , friends and family etc you can grow , and they hire trained person who can learn their relatives as well after that you can be fire.

I dislike everything about the company. Although they say it's a emerging great company, they are only for paper work reality they messed up everything
