I am Last week attend interview but company side feedback no reply I am many time call but no reply waste of time and half day loss of pay

This probably one of the worst company I have ever worked it's not a company it's like a family business and also the Managing Director and the owner who is the same person by the way has no sense whatsoever

Working with Besmak is really great as one can get the opportunity to learn the functions of all departments. One will get lot of occasion to work with Cross Functional Team which will help us to know the ideas of diiferent people.

Dislikes

Facilities for working are not that good. Like work area, computers will not be of good condition. 5S is not upto the mark.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

As there is no on-job training for freshers, hence junior folks like me have to learn everything step-by-step, which is difficult sometimes.

They will make you work like a donkey,no room for personal improvement or nothing that you anticipate from a company.

Dislikes

Besmak as a whole is a big dislike from my 2 years for experience,the higher level officials are like some sort of maniacs...bloody mallus
