High Office Politics. COMMUNALISM.. Especially for.....u can understand. NO DEGREES OR QUALIFICATION NEEDED FOR PROMOTION. Just oiling and lobby management with seniors is enough. And if your surname is CHATTERJEE or you keep this people happy then you have 100% chance of getting promoted and HIGH Increament in your salary. Outdated and wrong process of maintaining Accounts and even after pointing it out they don't change... Mental Torture so that you leave the organisation and there say "Berger kauke ber kore na" stays alive....

Company policies are okk, but management mentality is very poor to us. Good work environment and culture. Teammates are very supportive

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is very poor and career growth is slow

I have worked almost 1.5 year there in Varanasi depot, salary and incentive part was Great... Support from manager and team specially anubhav Sir, ABHAY sir and Vishal Sir.... They are a great mentor....

While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.

Dislikes

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
