They will give you like daily basis salary if you are absent any they will cut the 600rs from your salary, no one will help you in this company, if you want to go to meet painters they will be in very far from us they will not answer our calls, because they know Berger paints is the worst company

1. Toxic work environment at Branch office 2. No work Life balance 3. Micro Management 4. Managers take credit of officers who have done good or snatch that away (Depending upon the person to person) 5. All fault of Sales officers even if the wrong policies & mismanagement 6. Wrong people at wrong place 7. Potential candidates never get chance without buttering

... midnight. Even the top management is blind.. Least in terms of professionalism. Even RMs and GMs think themselves like self declare god" Appraisal- Joking this is not even a thing in burger paints Salary- "kaam raat bhar or salary jh&&&t bhar HR- "Thier role is only in onboarding and Seperation. Rest of the year they are busy in making rangolis"

...ll your targets...u have to sit on most of the Sundays and till 12 at night....company doesn't pay as they show you in ctc....very pathetic work experience and work culture

Knowledge gather how to use abusing words to juniors and F**k to non Management workers.

Abuse words used by Higher Management, Manager. Worst Top Management and Manager, narrow minded attitudes , No Bonus, No Insensitive as because very high target set which is not achievable and many clause, non Management are the labour and no facilities only high target is set and higher authority enjoy international tour giving high pressure sale to lower employee or you can say servant.
