...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

I have worked almost 1.5 year there in Varanasi depot, salary and incentive part was Great... Support from manager and team specially anubhav Sir, ABHAY sir and Vishal Sir.... They are a great mentor....

Overall Experience: My overall experience has been mixed. While some months are manageable, others can be quite stressful due to unrealistic targets and seasonal fluctuations. The workload often feels inconsistent, making it difficult to maintain a steady work-life balance. Colleagues and Team: The team is a mixed bag. My colleagues are supportive and cooperative.✨👍 Reporting Manager: The reporting manager has a good understanding of the business but often forgets the importance of professionalism and polite communication, which can demotivate the team at times. Work Environment: The work environment has room for improvement. While there are some learning opportunities, the pressure and lack of consistent support from management and peers can make it a tough place to work.

I used to get Salary on the last day of every month. Full credit to company top Management & HR Department.

Dislikes

Sunday working & Late Sitting working. Manual working of Sales incentives. Attendance system. Very poor increment with no consideration of work profile. Promotion system is also very poor.
