My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). Good lower level staff. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Very high politics. No role of HR. HR do nothing for employees benefits. No segregation of duty. Only 1 person hold the role of HR head,IT Head and Finance Head.There is one or 2 men ruled the entire company. No job security. Employees can be terminated without any reason because of high politics. In Accounts person name "Umesh Gupta" is very play very bad politics within the team. His behaviour is very rude and bad, he abuses his team members, blames others for every wrong work he has done, gives wrong information to everyone when asked, he does not allow any new employee to stay in the company.
