A Horrible work culture where the senior most employees have severe political clout inside the management and they verbally abuse, threaten , demean and insult any individual whosoever they feel like if they don't like you or you don't act like their personal assistant. The senior most management is absolutely blind to this even after knowing every dirty detail of their behaviour. No assurity or security of work as professors, mentors , corporate employees alike have been asked to leave within 1 hour as per the whims and fancy of the management without any valid reason and then literally forced out of the building that very same day as if you are garbage. Senior employees discuss the body structure of students and female colleagues such is the culture of this work place. Only if one belongs from a well to do background and is rich with high network connections only then you are appreciated else you are treated like a doormat. There is no appreciation for hardwork , only bootlickers are appreciated. So if you don't want to loose your self dignity and self respect please do not join this brand to destroy your career.

If you are good with creating a group and reap benefits out of doing nothing then probably it is the best place for you. Personally, being an idealist, did not ever like the work culture.

Long working hours and getting questioned about dedication towards the organization.
