There are lot of Dislikes for me in this company. #Type of Business First of its not my concern to comment on the business of that company. concerned government department should take care of that. If you want stright and genuine business practices the place you work then you don't join here please that's only i can mention here. #Salary and Benefits My experience; I was appointed as an accountant during day of interview they said salary will be 13k for 3 months after that 15k. After Completing 3 months they said that in that 15k there will be deduction of Rs 2k as statutory deduction for PF and ESI. Funny part is they deduct employer contribution of PF from employee salary. and there is no leave facility nothing. #Organisation Even though it's a Private ltd Company, it runs like a Proprietorship. I Have never seen Such type of business Ever. Conclusion personally I am not happy with the business nature of that company and salary and other benefits of that company and the invest nothing for the employee benefits they only concerned about their own pockets. they want employee to work day and night for their organisation without money or without any benefits.
