The company pays good.

The company mostly outsource employees to work for other companies. Initially bell promises incase the contract ends with the contractor you work with, they will pull you in for other projects bell has. Turned out to be false commitment given by bell. i worked with the company for 8 months, contractor ended the contract, now i am straightaway asked to server notice of 45 days. They didn give me any other project.

Management in India ..there is only one country head and one manager in Hyderabad branch who calls them self as head and manager ..they play with employees career who doesn't even floor the ethics and process in India ..even if you perform well they won't recognise your work and play with your career by treating employee in toxic way
