I like while working at Beiersdorf that if any problems are there for growth of company Sales without solving problems you will sustain u r Job. If u fought against it u will loose u r Job so I like the way government culture are from last some years. So that, Overall ratings, Work life balance Salaries Job Secured 💯 % if u not asked about C& FA or other problems. Work Satisfaction 💯 if u not complaint about system.

Dislikes

Senior persons are not Interested work on fild so ground people are also not showing interest like Sales Associate If anyone struggling & fight with problem alone without seniors help (Like C&FA, Institutional Sales, Undercutting ect..)he has to take help of psychiatric.
