There are many dislikes yo say but doesn't matter .It already have a lot of stars rating.My comments won't make any difference. For me it's a disgusting organization to work in silvassa branch. I will never work here and would not suggest anyone in connections.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Don't give promotion easily There is two work role 1- payroll, 2- contract basis I jade work with this company 8 years 11 month but never transferred me to from contract to payroll always give good attention to boys staff only no salary growth.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
