Comfortable shift timing, there are only 2 shifts in the company 1st is 8:30AM to 4:30PM 2nd is 12 to 8:30 PM

Dislikes

They dont give good hike hike is about 2% 3% maximum 5% they taken employee for granted, they except employees to work beyond the shift timings, too much partiality all over the management, unnecessary trainings, BPO culture in the company, Daily team meeting before work starts 1 hour, end of the day team meeting 1 hour, Daily 2 hours team meeting. Very irritating leaders.

New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?
