It is very good platform for new joiners first. Highly professional with world class R&D facilities. Highly trained people with good work life balance culture. Change in overall culture after Monsanto merger- Bayer. Lake of Salary increases and also low transperancy, increases job load.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is no permanent job for agronomist.

Every one needs good manager, work life balance , less stress and leave can be taken due to emergency . So all this facilities available here. So totally very good company , colleagues and policies .

Nothing. But in terms of hike, bonus and promotion now they put on hold due to some financial issue.
