Nothing is there to dislike in the company , Salary package is very decent but career growth is some little slow if some employee

Every one needs good manager, work life balance , less stress and leave can be taken due to emergency . So all this facilities available here. So totally very good company , colleagues and policies .

Nothing. But in terms of hike, bonus and promotion now they put on hold due to some financial issue.

Freedom to do things your way , you are alloted the work you have to do it whatsoever way you like .

Reimbursement with salary only in month end not before that , you have to spend money from your pocket for company's work .

...ff therefore lesser full time hiring and more contract hiring. WLB is very good. Compensation is also as per market standards.
