Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

I am giving this review on the basis of 2.5 months of work experience in this company. The staff is good and friendly. Especially the boss is really good that if have some problem he will listen to you and he'll quickly make a decision. I am from outstation and company is taking care of my stay and traveling from room to company and vice versa 😀.

Dislikes

No proper discipline. Managers don't listen to your needs properly. Improper maintaining of time, duty times are just to tell like most of the time the few staff is late, due to other staff.
