Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

They only like to have patties. And also for this grand party they take money from employees as well.

Dislikes

...um stipend amount. Once the Agreement is over they kick out them with no reason. And again hire a new batch of freshers in less package.

Worst management I have ever seen. Basically it's a fake company and they will not provide documents.never join there.

There is nothing to like . First you will not understand anything but after 1 month you will know everything, do not join there please , if you join your career will end there

Friendly environment, but it is not a good platform for professional growth..sallary satisfaction is worst.... Manager is not ready to give you opportunities though pretend to be.. Not a good company..corrupted compan..
