Am giving you honest review, if someone is looking is willing to join basic then my suggestion is you gonna loose your work balance life.. they torture you like anything & this is the first company am seeing were company CEO is calling individually to everyone & taking daily update on movement of files. sound weird right. I mean you have ASM's RSM's ZSM's & BH then why are you taking update from executive 😂😂😂

There is a lack of job security, & salary payment are often delays unless actively requested. Employees frequently face the pressure from the management, with threats related to performance targets. This creates a stressful work environment. Additionally salaries are typically disbursed on 5th of each month instead of 1st, which can be inconvenient for employees.

DSA does not payout quickly. After the Payout is released from the bank, they take one month after to pay the amount. Most of the FDs are deposited in the name of BASIC. My four DSA payments have not yet been paid by BASIC. It has been six months today 😭. This will become the second four B company.

Company didn't believes in micro management..Fast growing company in the market..Managers and upper management are very understanding.Flexibility related to working hours and afterall it's all depends upon your manager..So much for Learning..

Nothing to like Very long working hours They don't tell you at the time of interview or before joining After joining during induction training you were told that your working time is 10am -7pm And you have to login and log out both from same office That means if you are at 20km away from office location, then you have to come back to office and then log out , and then you can go, this rule can be waved off by manager only 2times in a month Good only for those living near office Managers are good, office is small

No freedom No personal life Pressure cooker type If you don't have much option then you can join
