Company gives you ample opportunity for growth. Always take care of employees. Has given unlimited WFH during COVID-19 lockdown. Management is approachable. Salary hike is good. Flexible timing.

I joined the company as I learn something new and they give best hikes and increments in the city but I was totally wrong.

Dislikes

After few months of joining, the last thing I believe that they will not fire employees. Because they said at the time of joining they did not fire in 2008, but they failed again and fire more than 50 employees.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
