Product quality and fighting spirit is good in the company.

This company is not sporting to me I am a widow i have a daughter of 18 years old, they didn't give salary on time & didn't increment from 5-6 years thats why i have to leave this company after that i faced many problems Mr. Girish didn't pick the phone. As far as work culture is concerned Base is indeed a great company to work with. However financial irregularities by the promoters have lead to turn the organization from a co everybody want to work with the Co nobody want to continue with..

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
