My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

...e based and if u won't do Ur revenue they will not even give 20% of Ur Salary...and no clarity about salary deduction i.e pf will be deducted but they can't explain to u how much it's been deducted.... deducted will be 1000 means in pay slip it will be only 500rs....

It is an 10year old company which is into stock broking. I enjoy working in this organization.The training sessions will be very interactive and employees here will work under peaceful environment without any pressure undergoing.
