Forget work life balance if you're working in Chandigarh head office salary perks aren't good they'll call you on Sunday's and you'll see favoritism at it's peak no stress relieving activities ever additionally HR is from parent company which is Indofarm Equipments they don't answer the calls and never replies to emails and messages. 6 day working biggest red flag and you'll have to come on sunday too on month end.

Timing are great only for superior because whenever they come & go. No one will ever confirm you when you're back to work. (ONLY FOR SUPERIOR'S)

Just like King culture no one will be able speak or inciate anybnew idea which will become nightmare to work in this organisation.

I have worked in 3 NBFCs before, but I liked it very much in BAROTA, I have not worked in any company for more than 3 years but here I did not face the problem of not getting appraisal for anyone, I worked with a lot of dedication and hard work.We also got its benefit every year,thanks barota
