On time salary. You will get paid more if you are good at bargaining. Company culture. Work life balance.

Dislikes

They hire people on contract so we can be fired easily. Sometimes management collect money for programs but nothing is done with that money. Sometimes reward is announced for posting on social media regarding programs company is conducting but noone gets the reward.

Management tries to implement things they think is best for employees but in reality those policies don't effect employees much.

Dislikes

We are forced to dance when customer visits and lot of working time is wasted and so we have to work beyond regular working hours to finish our job.

Likes

This is a Dream come true for me. The company prides itself about a Good culture and a Transparent work-place devoid of any politics. The Flexibility of work timing along with the benefits are on par with a Big 5 MNC. Great company to work for.

Dislikes

Somewhat isolated location, away from the City center, but well connected to Airport/ Railway stations.
