Company management do not think about employees. No any other advantages like school,hospital and mess quality also poor. There is over time is also not according to government rules. Overall employees condition is very poor.

I like work of hr is doing very well with hard work . And always appreciate for work and motivation. Always discussion for the next. Lots of things to learn... They always lead a head for leaning... Thank you banswara syntex limited. And thank you🙏 to my senior who teach me very well.

...hey will join me above trainee, but they drag my months and no salary increases. Lot's of work and low salary. ☹️

Good working environment and culture. Hod is very supportive.Company policies are bad appraisal for they give low salary hike every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.career growth is slow . Management did not support COVID-19 .

Honestly working with Banswara Syntex Group was excellent in all terms. I had developed myself to far extent during those period. And further if possible get again a chance to be a part I would be delight.

If I consider about negative terms of Banswara Syntex that would be poor Salary growth.
