Local Directors are Not Supportive and Working Hours are 12 Hours or more. And No Weekend Holiday and No Extra wages for Extra Work. Payment Delayed Every time By Directors and The Mentally Harrasments By Directors For Business. There is A Target Set By regional office when The Local Situation is Different. For Example :- if Solapur city have 10000 Students of class 10 the regional office gives target more than 10000. There is No future Growth. Please Don't Join Bansal. Full tortured by local directors

As a teacher I have learnt many things from bansal classes. Bansal will always be the best institution to gain experience as a tutor. The work environment over there was best.

Dislikes

...h a teacher. If one ask the reason for bansal ruin, it will be local management. They don't even provide salary to their staff, as a worker we didn't get the paid leave, some times they arrange PTM during Sunday for the entire day.

...hat if you have no one else backing you up, you will be given opportunity there. It's going to teach you how to live with less pay (even lesser than agreed upon), and they are fond of cash component. It motivates you to seek beeter opportunities whole heartedly.

To be very honest there is a huge lack of exposure to competitive environment, there is no transparency in conduct of owners, lack of even basic etiquettes, poor sanitation in office, timely salaries aren't given, lack of honesty and care of employees can be judged by the example that on teachers' day, teachers were given a pocket size cardboard (the likes on which we write happy birthday and paste on the gift wrapping) as 'gift', on stage. On diwali, the gift was a forwarded msg (gif) on group... Go figure..

I worked at Bansal Classes Bikaner. Stupid Boss with poor administrative skills, salary a big issue as we never got salary before three months and that too in bits. Forget about increment and any work ethos as no such culture exists. He was s so egoistic and does not has any set curriculum or plan.

Dislikes

No timely disbursements of salary y, no increment, no time schedule, no leave culture and does not follow any kind of curriculum. Neither able to satisfy any parents requirements nor are able to execute basis requirements
