Salary hikes are not that great but by default you will get minimum 6 percent hike

Great culture because of good Leadership I got good exposure and overall our Sourcing Team is Good because of leaders like Vishal Handa,Gaurav Ahuja, Netta Celly and others. Really fun and great opportunities to grow. My Manager Sudharshan was kind and thoughtful and took the optimal to mentor me.

...ow good professional etiquette. Appraisal ia given based on the work we perform. Even in appraisals also people had good salary growth. Work life balance is good. People get to know explore new things in social communities. A very secured place to work with giving all the facilities, maintaining employee security. Bank Of America is always known for its good innovations. In my overall career with BOA I would prefer it to my friends, family & relatives as well. Excellent place to work.

...h the back up of vehicles that can prevent delays happening almost every day. The compensation plan could improve as it is as below average as that of the market, despite Bank of America being a reputed organisation.
