New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. The company is manufacturer of currency paper.So I feel lucky for producing currency paper for my country. It is good also that my colleagues come from different states having very good cultural backgrounds.we work happily

Nothing to like,except teammates.

Dislikes

Behaviour of Officers towards employees. Management is seeking for their benefits only & not for the employees. Shift is running in 8 hours duty which continuously rotates after each & every 2 days. There is weekly off, means Sunday No holiday for all.
