The earlier finance company's management was very good The employee who dedicatedly work get timely promotion and salary rise Company every time ready to educate/to develop skill of individuals The culture and bonding between employees good

The top management was very good but the immediate supervisor/manager are not encourage or motivate any time All the time showing presure of target even the employee work hard The very most problem is to get a single leave for emergency or social reason even you have morethen sufficient leave balance with you and at the end of year get lapsed So no social life at all Unnecessary pressure to sit in office after office hours or on Sundays/holidays

...ment is transparently. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcede for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but carrer growth is slow. There is a bond of 1 years before which you cannot resing. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Interacting with common people. Realising that they expect us to help them.

Management and seniors exploitative attitude, corruption, wrong treatment of right and hardworking people, irresponsible behaviour towards customers, irresponsible behaviour of all in authority and regulatory position, etc.

Toxic work environment and line manager always shout at you ...if you are expat you need to learn keeping your mouth shut when Omani boss shout at you......basically if you want to destroy your career time plz join this bank.....

Poor bosses....work culture...toxic work env...
