It is a good company as well as good staff members. They encourages us to learning things in doing work ,they teach us very friendly. I have learnt a very lot in work. we get fully involved in doing my work and with the team members. learning is not a big thing, but how to manage in working area is stands a main thing. I would like to learn to more and more new things.

There is lot of politics and nanagement doesn'taddress our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
