...t where i can say this is good in this company. 12 hrs job eat yours life badly. if you want peace in yours life donot join bkt only for salary hike. they will be destroyed yours career.

Vishal jain DGM Mixing - He has not any kind of knowledge of rubber and mixing. he have only one work shouting on supervisors Does nor matter they are wrong or not. Shyamvengopal:- chewing tambacoo and gutka with labours and spit anyway or he expecting that as a production officer this is yours responsibly to clean his spit tambacoo marks. Tapas Sahoo :- he is chewing tambacoo and gutka in company and pressurise you for buying gutka for him. if you want to stayed in mixing you need to gives him gutka everyday otherwise you will be punished by him.

...ering, planning department due to lot of learning and for new skill development. Good salary increment for technical and quality department.

Dislikes

...lots of time shift officers are working in 12hr duty due to unexpected reasons. Even after 12hr duty poor salary increment compared to quality and technical department. If any production officer in A shift, most of the time he stop till 6.00pm. Bad HR policies, if want to contact via call with HR team they could not attend the call of anyone except saved contact numbers. I think its a bad culture for production team. Always production team working hard whenever in visit also, benefits in salary not for production. No android mobile phones allowed in company. Its allowed for only special peoples or for above assistant manager only, if we have any urgent work then we can't do anything without android mobile. Those people using Android mobiles till Dy Manager their camera had been removed of android phones.

The only good thing about this company is salary and good increment on yearly basis. Apart from this don't expect any thing from BKT.

...rtment. There is fix timing to enter the plant but there is no fix time to exit. You have to work for 12 hours without any extra salary.

You can get a good salary and also quit a better culture that some plants of BKT.

Senior have a old mind set so you have to like that you can’t do any think out of the box. Cellphones are not allowed. Security guards can ask to open your wallet and some time your lunch box with the contractual employees. Its in a outer area 20 to 25 km from city so forget about your personal life.

So many good things about the company is *Get good salary on average compared to competitive companies. *No overtime Execpt some occasions,as per policy they didn't force you to perform overtime.

Dislikes

Some of think that need to be improve in my opinion *Old orthodox culture. *Employees engagements.
