Recruitment procedure is very lengthy & selfish type. They cheat the recruiting employees. They asked to join the company but do not issue appointment letter. When person goes to office to join. They said that we have already recruited other person who look fit. My question is why you select employee & ask him to join on specific day. You left him on road & made jobless. They do not consider if selected person not recruited by them, what situation will arise with him and his family. They do not have humanity. only have selfishness. Not right place for working & growth. I suggest to others do not consider this company for your carrier.
