...oper transportation for shifting employees no vehicle arrangement to visit site. Company policies are very bad appraisals are not fair and doesn't give good Salary hike and bonus every year

No personal in this company including management wasn't have proper workmanship. There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. No proper vehicle availablity and no proper arrangements of vehicles to visit site or to shift employees. There was no proper labour will available to work management wanted to complete thousand labourer work with only ten members of labour and work continues for day and night.

Very good learning platform for newly joining engineers.. Not an single issue about salary for the work we did... Feeling good with working with this company

Working hours is high almost 12 hours we want to work... Carrier growth is little slow..

...company and when you did this company will appreciate it and give best result. About the other thing like salary,appraisal, growth this all are safe here, like this is your company and do what you want to do for growth. I am very happy and satisfied to work here in last 4yr approx.

Timely employee benefits not given e.g yearly increment, bonus and other benefits. In last 5 years, company has been given only 2 increment. If you want to spoil your career then join this company.

Salary is not on timely. Bonus is not on timely. Appraisal is not on timely. Some time it ll take 2 and more years.
