I personally never liked the online doubts forum and test paper related work. It seems a little bit overwhelming for me personally.

If you are fresher from IIT. They will use your face marketing for getting high admission. then they will remove you. I am the victim of it. they hired me as fresher even I had 1.5 years experience. at the time of hiring they taken only demo lecture video. and after 5 month they said to conduct quality test. they set question paper damn difficult more than advance level. and then they fire because of didn't score well in test. this is the continuous chain. number of faculties are the victim of it.

Basically, its is a local coaching classes, which has many centres distributed across whole pune city, which save travel time of student. you get to set your weekly offs and even combine them all in a month. growth is very nice if you take top batches.

Dislikes

the coaching focuses majorly on top students in order to market their institute, compromising the career of average and below average students. not student centric. infrastructure of the classes is poor, teacher dont even get space to move 3 metres. and lastly, the owner has no moral values, you can find many people have issues with him, mostly only due to pure business mind set.
