Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Don't try to work for Bajajsons.No job security.Salary will never increase.Processes are totally outdated.Manpower will never complete.Worker union make it more difficult especially for engineers or managers

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

It's a supplier of Hero Motors. You will never get a leave (no El or Cl). Working hours are from 7 am to 7 pm. You will never get your full over time. You have to hear from everyone.

No growth. Work for 12 to 14 hours. Never got full overtime payment. Rules will be manipulated accordingly to pay you less amount of your salary. Worst working experience for diploma holders and new engineer's many of educated boys are working with labour.

Dislikes

Abusive words are used during daily meetings. Company is owner based who is from punjab. Bad words and insults are done by owner during monthly MRM meetings. Bad work culture due to above points.
