I like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation is decent but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high .I have straight in day . Also there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step -by -step,which is a pain sometimes.

It's worst experience throughout from starting very poor management no effective HR policy not supporting from higher management. No one take responsibility. Document issue, pressure work, manpower shortage.

- No flexi Timings. Strictly 9:45am to 6:45pm !! - only 2nd & 4th Saturdays off with Sunday weekly off. - Worst work culture with old methods like government office. Too much papwr work everywhere. - People there been since many years go around with foul language & vulgur slangs as if they're authority. - Poor Handling of people by Management. -

It's worst company all people are inlove in politics no people respect no hr policy only you get nothing of knowledge.desk job ,no promotion,only like a full you behave than k and chatugiri of boss ,if you spoil your career then join,no motivation for career,after join you think live your field and start business, careless system and no dedication with work

Everything, you will find only and only politics, upper management like QA Manager, CQA are only westing time.. they just want to satisfy their ego. Zero knowledge as per current guideline's and if you are jobless then please stay home but don't join this organisation.. specially QA and QC department worst to work.. One more thing that is actually good and also bad - if u fail to satisfy CQA and QA Manager ego than you will entitle to earn one day reliving…
