Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

They hire fresher but that too because experienced don't want to work there

Lot of things, from work culture to gundagiri of seniors. They ask to seat in the office without reason and forced to pay by employees pocket for target achievement

All are very bad, management team is abusing to all employees, his HR not listening any thing about the management..... i think if you want to suside then join the company No work time your job start in 6am I don't know where is ending

Worst company if you give customer emi from your salary ur good collection officer if you can't do that ur job is not done complet in Baja finance bucket x

Bajaj finance is a family for me , colleagues are really helpful, workstation ambiance is really wonderful , salary hikes and incentives are really good here , every year we got promotion to higher grade,and major fact about being a Bajaj finance employee is job security, if we work honest our career growth will unpredictable,

Work pressure is really huge because we are number one in finance sector in India, holidays are joke here , please don't come to work here if you are love to celebrate holidays with your family or friends! Target's are rocket here ! So you need to achieve it whatever happens 😁
