Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

They hire fresher but that too because experienced don't want to work there

Dislikes

Lot of things, from work culture to gundagiri of seniors. They ask to seat in the office without reason and forced to pay by employees pocket for target achievement

...hey even do cost cutting from tissues, toilet papers, tea, coffee and cutleries. Forcefully you have to buy refurbished laptop from them and monthly EMIs will cut directly from your salary, for your personal work you have to buy another laptop. Employees do not have enough space to sit. Every morning employees are fighting for chair and desk.
