NO work life balance. You are expected to be available to work 20 hours a day and all 7 days of the week, no exceptions. HR will tell you that two Saturdays (and all Sundays) of a month are off. But once you join, your boss will call you to work on all Saturdays and some Sundays. If you dont like it, you can quit. If you make a small mistake or can't complete your work in the unreasonable target deadline, you will be shouted at and verbally abused, loudly, in front of multiple colleagues. And, dont even think about asking for vacation days. By policy you get 36 leaves per year. Practically, you may get 2 or 3. Also, no work from home, at all, for anyone, in any circumstances. Need i say more ?

... bosses. They only use abusive language. Forcefully ask your junior for funding. 70% salary goes in funding.

Work culture pathetic. No personal life. Uneducated people Work there. Maximum regional manager level employee have fake degree. No Sunday

Job security is good so you won’t face any issues with job. Salary and other reimbursements are credited on time.

Culture and leadership is shit. Development and learning is stagnant. Policies are bogus, they get changed any time.

Previously Bajaj Auto finance Ltd was good after merging in to finserv it got hectic, bosses are always after you, no rest on week days after merging new managers are toxic

I have no problem working in Bajaj Auto Finance but the only thing that has messed up is the salary structure. My post is that of a credit sales manager but my profile says sales officer And now the profile of the new hiring is Assistant Manager
